Working with Host is a wonderful opportunity to indulge all my whims - technical manager of a theatre, stage-managing a colossal number of shows covering every corner of entertainment, working with an eclectic blend of ambitious performers and companies and being allowed to make my own decisions. The loyalty, determination and imagination of Host's merry band of oddballs is very refreshing and I am constantly astonished how much my opinion is valued.

Best outing with Host, has to be my first one - a lift, on Brighton Beach, a crazy concept that at first glance looked more like an episode of Doctor Who than a practical performance venue. Battling with a force 9 gale followed by a heat wave and laughing more in ten days than probably in my life to date. And I have the photos to prove it wasn't a dream!
