Palenque Mural
Cafedirect commissioned the Palenque Mural to bring the Chiapas grower’s Palenque brand to life. Photographer Darran Rees was commissioned to travel Mexico (during Hurricane Stan) to capture the growers of Huatusco, Majomut, Mascafé and Cesmach cooperatives in a series of photographs, which were then composed into a visually stunning collage to create a mural, which will be used in Cafedirect Cafés, at exhibitions and road shows and anywhere else big enough to display the life size 2x6m slice of Mexican life.
