Cafedirect Cafes
Scholarest, the UK’s biggest provider of university cafés, reported that the presence of a Cafedirect logo created huge rises in sales. With this in mind, Cafedirect and Scholarest are working together to create 30 dedicated Cafedirect Cafes in UK universities across the UK. The cafés, inspired by the minimalist perfectionism of The Shakers who pioneered sustainability some three hundred years ago, will also feature a photographic mural depicting the transformation of coffee growers in the Chiapas region of Mexico. This striking image brings the grower community smack bang into some of the most important institutions in the country. It’s an education in itself.
Also in the planning stages, is a second series of Cafés in conjunction with some of our more commercially orientated fans like the Virgin Group. The Café design has been adapted to accommodate the Machu Picchu visual and the much loved Winding Road (a tourist attraction in itself).
